Right now, it''s Friday afternoon - a pretty good time of the week to be honest but it''s even better today because me and Rachel are going to spend the weekend in a sweet ''lil hotel room in St. Cathrines with the children (a.k.a. the pets). There is supposed to be a big ass jacuzzi in the room, which is good for two reasons:
#1 - i like bubbles
#2 - i don''t have to think about what i''m going to do all weekend. (anybody know if too much water can permanently damage us humans?)

Today I sort of finished the script for this blog. It''s a simple little script but like it better than any other blogger application i''ve seen so far. No. It''s not better. But i like it better.

Leftover thoughs from yesterday

I heard two things on the radio: one is funny and maybe true, the other is SAD and very true:

The hostess of 680 news said that she had spent $160 on whatever when all she was looking for is s safety pin. "Hmmm" says the other guy on the radio, "Women are easily distracted by shiny objects". :) This was funny. Thank G that my gf is not like that. (but she drinks so much coke i bet she could buy nice shiny objects if she quit drinking coke for a week. on the other hand, drinking coke is still healthier than sniffing coke...)

The other thing is about school buses. Come to think of it, i didn''t hear it on the radio. I neary hit a car because a stupid school bus turned on the flashing red lights and the 4x4 lanes on Lakeshore bldv came to a dead stop. This is just plain stupid. School buses should not do that. And what''s with crosswalk guards? Little dumb children will never learn that they probably shouldn''t walk on the highway because they are living a sheltered life.

No Parole

Murderers and rapists get out of jail over time. A chained dog serves a life sentence with no parole only because he is a dog while all he wants is to be with you and give you his unconditional love.

You agree this is wrong, don't you? Then you say "that's too bad", sigh, and move on. Do something about it. Please. Donate to Dogs Deserve Better to help unchain dogs and provide a kind, more loving life for them.
